Cùng Amable Home tham gia vào hoạt động mỗi ngày của tụi mình: Ngồi yên, cảm nhận từng hơi thở trong không gian yên ắng của thời điểm sáng sớm tinh mơ
Thời gian diễn ra: Mỗi ngày từ 5 giờ đến 5 giờ 30 phút sáng, tại tầng trệt của tòa nhà Amable Home (trừ những ngày Lễ, Tết, những ngày nghỉ sẽ được thông báo trước)
Chúng ta sẽ cùng ngồi với nhau, quan sát, lắng nghe những âm thanh của bản thân và của đời sống. Tụi mình không quan niệm “sống chậm lại”, tụi mình sẽ chỉ tạm thời bước ra khỏi sự vội vàng và hòa mình vào không khí chậm rãi của buổi sáng sớm. Để tâm trí được tạm nghỉ ngơi trước những suy nghĩ không hồi kết. Và, để dự trữ năng lượng cho cả ngày dài.
Sau đó, chúng ta sẽ cùng nhau thưởng thức một ly cà phê thơm ngon để bắt đầu ngày mới nhé!

We will sit together, observe, and listen to the sounds of ourselves and life around us. We won’t be “slowing down”; instead, we will temporarily step out of the rush and immerse ourselves in the calm atmosphere of the early morning. This is a time for our minds to rest from endless thoughts and to recharge our energy for the day ahead.
